By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

HavenCraftz is a US-based business selling wooden bedroom furniture — including wardrobes, divan bed sets, and related bedroom furnishings — online to customers in the United Kingdom. We work with a UK-based fulfillment partner for warehousing, order fulfillment, and returns processing.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, including colours, materials, and dimensions, as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or natural material differences, and we do not guarantee that your device's display of any colour is fully accurate.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order on the Site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability).
We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout, processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
You confirm that any payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Order confirmation via email does not guarantee product availability; we will contact you if there is an issue fulfilling your order.

5. Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £400. Delivery fees for orders under this threshold will be shown at checkout. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Most orders arrive within 5–7 working days, though delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Please ensure someone is available to receive larger furniture items, or that delivery instructions are provided at checkout.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on items purchased through the Site, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
Items must generally be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition unless faulty or not as described.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once a return has been received and inspected.
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Cancellations

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions and conditions in our Refund & Return Policy. To cancel, contact us at sales@havencraftz.com.

8. Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our furniture. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at sales@havencraftz.com within a reasonable time of delivery so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts;
Interfere with or disrupt the Site's security, functionality, or servers;
